What Are Manual Release Keys and Why Are They Essential?

Manual release keys are critical safety tools that enable you to operate your electric gates during system malfunctions or power outages. These specialised keys work with all types of gate systems – from swing and sliding gates to underground motors – ensuring you maintain access to your property even when automated systems are unavailable.

Having the correct manual release key isn't just about convenience; it's an essential safety requirement for all electric gate installations. A properly matched key ensures you can quickly and safely disengage your gate's motor system when needed, preventing potential security issues or access problems.

Find the Perfect Manual Release Key for Your Gate Motor

We stock a comprehensive range of manual release keys designed to work seamlessly with your specific gate automation system:

Triangular Keys: These standard release keys are commonly used with sliding gate systems, offering a simple yet secure way to disengage the motor mechanism.

Lever Keys: Essential for underground motors, these specialised keys provide the necessary leverage to release gates smoothly and efficiently.

Splined Keys: Designed for arm motors and more advanced setups, these precision-engineered keys ensure reliable operation when you need it most.

Our selection covers all major automation brands, including Nice, Came, Beninca, Faac, and many others, ensuring you'll find the exact key to match your system.
